En una tranquila urbanización de Gualba, en el Vallès Oriental, se alza esta vivienda unifamiliar concebida para nuestro cliente Lucas.
Rodeada por un entorno natural privilegiado y con el imponente Montseny como telón de fondo, la casa se integra en el paisaje con una arquitectura que busca el equilibrio entre apertura y refugio.
Desde el inicio, el deseo del cliente fue claro: disfrutar de las vistas en todo momento, ya fuera en los espacios de día o en los más íntimos de la noche. Por ello, el proyecto se planteó con grandes aperturas que enmarcan el horizonte y llenan el interior de luz natural, creando una conexión constante con la naturaleza circundante.
Situada en una cota elevada, la vivienda aprovecha su posición privilegiada para desplegar un jardín con piscina que se funde visualmente con el paisaje. Este espacio exterior se convierte en una prolongación natural del interior, un lugar desde donde contemplar el Montseny y sentir la serenidad del entorno.

El solar, de forma rectangular y con una acusada pendiente, se abre entre dos calles separadas por un desnivel de casi siete metros. Lejos de representar una dificultad, esta singular topografía se convirtió en el punto de partida del proyecto y en el elemento que dio forma a la vivienda.
Con la voluntad de capturar las mejores vistas desde la planta baja, la casa se emplaza en una cota próxima a la calle superior, donde se ubica el acceso peatonal y la entrada principal. El acceso rodado, por su parte, se sitúa en la parte inferior del terreno, permitiendo que la vivienda descienda de manera natural por la ladera y dialogue con el paisaje del Montseny con una serenidad equilibrada.
